Texas Alcohol Offenses

• Intoxication manslaughter: If you are driving while intoxicated and by reason of that intoxication cause the death of another by accident or mistake, you may be charged with this offense, a second degree felony.
• Other alcohol-related offenses: Boating While Intoxicated, Flying While Intoxicated, Open Container, Sale of Alcohol to a Minor, Provide/Purchase Alcohol for a Minor.
